We can help you make permaculture design happen on your property! A property designed according to permaculture principles is one that can save you a multitude of money, time and energy. Essentially, we're passionate about helping you make your property produce more resources and energy than it consumes, including food production, soil building, heating, water storage and much more! We offer you two different levels of service depending on your needs:

Option One: Initial 1 hour consult

Fee: $60.00

If you are looking for ideas and inspiration on what the potential your property offers, then we recommend this option. The goal of this consultancy option is to identify the opportunities your site presents for permaculture design.

1. We provide a site visit, and upon our observations we will provide you with some ideas and also highlight site opportunities. For example: ideal places for water harvesting and storage, positioning and style of garden beds, how to change site problems into solutions. Much more!

Option Two: Full Design Consultancy

Base Fee: We provide consulting at a rate of $60 per hour

The Full Design Consultancy is the option you want to take if you are serious about a property redesign. This includes the steps necessary to undertake an actually design that are not a part of the Preliminary Consultancy With this option, here's what you can expect with this option. We will:

1. Meet with you and discuss about your goals for your site, including what kind of elements you would like in your design, such as greenhouses, ponds, raised beds, food forests etc.
2. Perform a four hour site visit to your property to identify opportunities for design, as well as observing patterns and site characteristics (such as slope, vegetation, orientation, water sources etc.) that will impact the design.
3. During the site visit, we will undertake a survey of your property to record the characteristics of the site including topography, and we'll put together a pencil-sketched design concept and go over it with you by walking around the site while inviting your own design ideas.
4. Create a detailed design for your property, bringing together edible landscaping elements, water features, and all other landscape elements including your patio, your firepit and so on.
5. Produce a computer-rendered two-dimensional design diagram, bundled with a one-page summary of the site analysis, survey and design recommendations.
6. Prepare a set of implementation options for you and set up a phone interview to discuss these options
